Summit’s Analytics has now been live for nearly two months. Today marks our second product update, and going forward, we plan to increase the pace of improvements significantly.
We’re focused on two things: perfecting the core product and expanding functionality. Here’s what changed this week.
New Home Page
There’s now a proper home page.
Until now, Summit’s Analytics ran without one, because we launched as a minimum viable product. The new home page offers a clearer overview of what the platform can do, with screenshots and an easy step-by-step guide for subscribers wanting to go premium. It should help make the product feel more tangible, especially for those doubting to go premium.

Search Improvements
The search bar on stock pages is back. We temporarily disabled it because of a bug. That’s now resolved.
We also further cleaned up the search results. A handful of non-stock instruments still slipped in, but they have now been removed. In addition, we’ve added country flags next to each stock, showing the exchange it trades on. For example, when you search “ASML,” you’ll see the stock listed on the Dutch exchange, as well as the U.S. exchange, among others. Including country flags makes it easier for you to distinguish between different exchanges.
Better Page Loading
Company pages now load in a single, seamless step. Previously, the pages loaded in two separate parts, with separate pop-ups. That’s been upgraded into one faster, cleaner experience.
Simplified Quarterly Data
We’ve limited the historical depth of quarterly data to the most relevant timeframes: 5 or 10 years. Longer datasets (15, 20, or full history) have been removed to improve speed. And realistically, no one is analyzing quarterly data from twenty years ago.
Minor Bug Fix
We fixed an issue where reloading the site triggered an error, forcing users to restart their session.
These are all the implementations for today. From here on, you can expect an increased focus on new features.
If you haven’t explored Summit’s Analytics yet, now’s a good time. As a reminder, premium subscribers to this newsletter get free access to the website.
Thanks for your support. Looking forward to what’s ahead.
