(A quick post on your Sunday)
Two weeks ago, we quietly rolled out Summit’s Analytics—our in-house research platform—for premium members.
Today, I want to share more about what it does, how it’s evolving, and what we’ve already improved.
What is Summit’s Analytics?
Summit’s Analytics lets you search for any listed company and instantly access its most important financial data. Think revenue, margins, free cash flow, etc. You can look back up to 30 years of history to help with modeling or building a thesis.
At a glance, you’ll be able to assess growth, profitability, financial health, and more. We include just the numbers that matter.

The platform is free for premium members. We’re building with you in mind, and that means the roadmap is filled to the brim.
What’s Coming
We’re actively improving the core product and tools to make Summit’s Analytics your personal stock-picking assistant. Here’s a high-level overview of the roadmap:
Improving the user experience and the core features
Watchlists
Valuation tools
Screening capabilities
Earnings transcripts + summaries
And more
Update v1.1: What’s New
Here’s what we’ve improved in the first update, launched today:
Cleared up the search engine
Removed non-stock instruments like ETFs, mutual funds, and derivatives from search results. Finding the company you want is now faster and more accurate.
The search bar on company pages is temporarily disabled. To look up a new company, return to the main menu (takes no longer than a second). We’re working on a fix.
Added recent searches
You can now quickly jump back to previously viewed stocks.
Fixed ROIIC chart
This now displays correctly. It was broken at launch.
Improved pop-up info
We simplified and debugged several metric descriptions. The Profit Margins pop-up, among others, is now much cleaner.
Simplified the x-axis
Yearly charts now show only the year.
Fixed ticker issues
Stocks with special characters (e.g. NOVO-B for Novo Nordisk) now load correctly.
Improved loading UX
There’s now a proper loading screen, and search results appear faster.
We’re building this platform to be something we use ourselves, and something you can rely on daily.
Future updates will be shared on Sunday, similar to today’s post.
Thanks for your support. I’m looking forward to what’s ahead.
